New JIP33 specification published: S-735 Casing & Tubing (API)
JIP33 has published the S-735 Casing & Tubing (API) specification.
The purpose of this specification is to define a minimum common set of requirements for the procurement of casing and tubing in accordance with API Specification 5CT, Tenth Edition, December 2018, including Errata 3, June 2020 and Addendum 1, January 2021, Casing and Tubing for application in the petroleum and natural gas industries.
About JIP33
The International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) started Joint Industry Programme (JIP)33 in 2016. Its aim is to develop standardized specifications that enable the industry supply chain to become better, cheaper and faster.
More than 49 specifications have now been published to date and are already delivering benefits for users worldwide, with another 15 specifications currently in development.
